Setting Up Your Bet•SHOP Manager Account
After creating your Bet•SHOP Manager account, you may be wondering what is next to do. Here is a complete guide to setting up your account.
The first time you log in to your account, you should review the default settings and make changes where necessary.
GENERAL
Week Starting Day:
Select a day that start your business day according to your betting platform.
Platform Name:
Enter your betting company name here.
Platform URL:
Enter your betting company website here.
Record Submission Deadline:
Set a time as deadline for your shop managers to submit their daily record.
Manager Late Submission Penalty Fee:
Penalty for managers that submit record after deadline.
Supervisor Late Submission Penalty Fee:
A supervisor is a staff that supervises some of your managers on your behalf, he or she does not have to have same priviledges as you. So the supervisor account can be created for he/she, and you can assign a number of shops to the supervisor.
Agents with plenty shops have supervisors to supervise shops and these supervisors report to the agent.
Commission Categories:
List of the types of commissions paid by your betting platform, you can use just "Commission" if you don't want a break down.
SUB ADMINS
A sub admin is a user with administrative priviledges but with the exceptions of some functions which are personal to only the main administrator.
The priviledges restricted to sub-admins include "Settings" and restrictions to some sensitive data that the admin can only see.
A sub-admin can add new shop manager/supervisor or a shop and can delete as well.
To add a sub-admin, you click the Plus button under the *Sub-admin* tab in settings.
Enter a username and a password, and click create account button.
OTHERS
In the others tab, you can turn ON or OFF the following settings.
Profit Statistics
If you are manually collecting data, and your supervisors have access to your account on your platform, you might want to allow supervisors to enter commissions on your behalf. If this option is checked, It allows supervisor to be able to enter commissions for the managers under them.
Penalty & Salary Deduction
Penalty & Salary Deduction, allows you to set whether you want to automatically deduct salary to penalize your managers when default.
Strict Accounting Mode
Sometimes due to the nature of betting business, it is understanding that a shop manager will have some shortage. But to limit this shortage String Accounting Mode, when turned OFF means you do not allow any excuse for any shortage.
Third Parties App
By default data collection is done manually (that is, you will be entering all information manually), however, if you want to automate the data collection process from your platform.
Autocomplete coupon, will help you to check and validate the coupons that your managers enter as settled bets are valid and the original amount is selected.
Auto-accumulated Paid winnings surplus, this allows you calculate and be able to collect the surpluses on paid winnings (this option is for greedy agents).
Automate the data collection process (ADC), this is the main options that allows you to connect your betshopmanager shop record book to your platform account. This is the main automation process. It allows you to connect your platform account and automate many accounting process.With this option ON, and connection are made. Managers can do their account in less than 1minute.
